Supporters of Immigration Reform,
Today we moved one key step closer today to seeing the Farm Workforce Modernization Act become law! The House Judiciary Committee passed the bill out of Committee on an 18-12 vote. We are hopeful for a full House floor vote on this legislation in early December. We will keep you posted as we hear more about the timing of that vote.
While we're excited about this update, it doesn't mean we can let our foot off the gas. If you have not yet reached out to Idaho's delegation, please take the time to do so. They need to hear from everyone who supports this important legislation.
Making the call is simple: all you need to do is tell the staffer who answers the phone that you support the Farm Workforce Modernization Act and you need their boss to do the same.
