We’ve come to a pivotal time as we rise from the impact of the pandemic, come together, and support one another in rebuilding our teams.

On Wednesday, October 5, 2022 we will come together to help answer some of the questions that have come to mind and hear from some of the TOP Speakers around the area on how they have built their successful teams and continue to grow their business. A successful team isn't built overnight, it takes development, collaboration and engagement with each individual in learning their strengths and talents. This year we're going VIRTUAL! We will host a "blended conference". In-person at the College of Southern Idaho Campus - Fine Arts Auditorium in Twin Falls, Idaho and online via Whova.
