Job Description and Responsibilities:
  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  2. Possess the ability to prioritize assignments in a flexible manner to accommodate the changing demands in the office.
  3. Perform general office procedures such as answering telephones; receiving and distribution of mail; responding to questions from students, parents, staff, and patrons; and setting appointments.
  4. Produce letters, memos and purchase orders as necessary.
  5. Handle all revenue and expenditures.
  6. Make timely deposits of funds.
  7. Maintain current accounting of all funds using the district accounting system.
  8. Prepare financial reports of funds in a timely manner.
  9. Perform other tasks and assume other responsibilities as the program director may deem necessary.
Other duties as may be assigned by Building Administrator or Program Director.
