We are currently hiring a full-time Front Office Coordinator in our Jerome office who will also provide coverage in other Magic Valley clinics (as needed for vacation and illness). As a Front Office Coordinator, you are the first impression to our patients of the quality of care they can expect to receive during their treatment. The Front Office Coordinator Is Responsible For
  • Warmly and enthusiastically greeting patients
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Answering phones
  • Referral management
  • Educating patients of insurance benefits and financial commitments
  • Collecting patient payments
  • Tracking authorization of patient treatment
  • Assisting patients with intake forms, quality assurance, and outcome measures
  • Scanning and filing of medical records
  • Maintaining a clean and pristine waiting room
