Job Description
  1. Ability to lift 50 pound individual boxes or bags
  2. Ability to maneuver hand truck from back of truck into warehouse or freezer with five 50 pound boxes or bags
  3. Ability to stack 50 pound boxes 10 high
  4. Clean all areas and equipment after use
  5. High School diploma
  6. Organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  8. Ability to perform duties in accordance with Board of Education policies.
  9. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
  1. Be aware of ongoing activities and work with Administration and general staff to ensure an optimal level of services to all activities within the school site.
  2. Be knowledgeable in the safe and proper use of all equipment and chemicals needed to perform assigned duties.
  3. Assist visiting public utilizing the facilities with directions within building and in obtaining and setting up needed equipment.
  4. Be able to recognize and perform repairs and adjustments of tools and equipment in the normal course of maintenance duties.
  5. Employee will report any vandalism and/or non-working fixtures to the Building Administrator/Food Service Director.
  6. Maintain an appropriate inventory of supplies and equipment
  7. Deliver and pick up district wide mail at each school building daily.
  8. Report to the Food Service Director regarding the needs of the building with respect to equipment, supplies and repairs.
Perform other tasks and assume other responsibilities as the Food Service
